My New Income Venture
I have always wanted to flip houses, but I still have yet to do any flipping. Now the real estate market is not on my side either.
Now I found Government Auctions and Foreclosures. With this auction, I cant flip more then just houses! I think I can make some serious cash. The hard part will be telling my husband!
I need something to do this summer, and I think I may just have found it.

My husband says that when I get an idea, I jump feet first and he is right. I think sometimes you just have to take a chance. If not, you might miss out on something great. I will do some more research, but I really have a good feeling about my new venture idea.
